RENT for the calendar year
2007 is as follows -
Low season (all except High Season and Xmas / NY) - £280
per week
High Season (30th June - 7th September inclusive) - £395
per week
Xmas / New Year (15th December - 5th January inclusive) - £495
per week

| Duvet covers, sheets,
pillow cases and towels can be provided, for an extra charge
of £9.00 per person. Otherwise, please bring your own. |

Deposit: one
third of the rent is due when booking, with the balance due
no later than four weeks before arrival

Lets: Weekly,
arrival after 4pm Saturday and departure by 10am Saturday (or
by arrangement)
