For on and off-road cycling enthusiats, the Cairncroft area has plenty to offer. There are miles of local Forestry Commission tracks to explore. Three miles from Cairncroft may be found the Rosehall Trails, offering a tough mountain biking challenge along some steep track. The effort is well worth it for the views at the top.
